| World Sporting Goods will impose a 20% restocking fee for returns. Customer assumes responsibility for shipping charges.
World Sporting Goods uses various methods for shipments depending on size, weight and destination of the order. Prior to processing the order, World Sporting Goods will notify the Customer of shipping and handling charges and ask for confirmation of acceptance. Orders will be shipped in a timely fashion. Upon receipt of the order, World Sporting Goods will notify the Customer of the projected shipping date.
